In Bhutan you can experience the joy of fishing in beautiful trout streams that blend harmoniously with the beautiful mountains. Fishing sports here range from river to crystal clear spring-fed stream at altitude ranging from 1,200- 3,000 meters. The snow trout and brown trout are the most common varieties of fish here, and the best season for fishing is spring March- May and autumn September- November.
